Azzaline 4.0 out of 5 stars The book is very readable and nice for the lay yogi who would like a nice and simple overview. However, it is not evidence based research. This doesn't mean it isn't a good resource. Yoga therapy is a new application to an old discipline and books like these will lead eventually to the needed research to scientifically validate the principals (if this is necessary.) The book is nicely published by a small private publisher. It is a little more money, but this may be due to it's limited distribution. I was really attracted to the cover and the hard binding. It feels really good in your hand like a textbook should. Also, the print is very clear and neat. There is a one page key to sanskrit pronounciations in back which is kind of handy and a nice glossary. The Bibliography is older and could have been updated for a book that was just published in 2007. If you are an avid yoga therapy book collector, you will need to get this one.
