For the price I was not 100 satisfied I reported these problems to Amazon when I got the pressure washer.but no response.I bought one at Lowe's and it worked fine the first time, but somehow developed an internal leak inside and nothing would come out of the wand. Customer service is not available on weekends so I had to wait to call. Was on the line for 20 minutes before I got a rep and he offered no help at all.He said I had to take it to a local dealer for repair. When I contacted the dealer, he has such a backlog that I would be without the unit for 5 to 6 months. Also, the hose wheel is a problem. I will return the unit to Lowes this week. Sure wish I had read these reviews before buying the product.The second step in the instructions is to assemble the handle with the provided carriage bolts and plastic thumb nuts with brass inserts. The bolts are supposed to go from the inside out to clear the hose reel, however, the handle has the square hole punched for the carriage bolt on the same side of both ends making it impossible to use as instructed. Doesn't matter, as the bolt is too short anyway. I went to my shop to find a longer bolt and wing nut (everybody has a selection, right? ) The hose wouldn't plug into the spray handle until I realized the plastic reinforcing sleeve wasn't mounted hard but could be slid away to allow deep enough insertion to click - so what's the point of the reinforcing sleeve if it slides down the hose willy nilly. The reel rubs against the plastic body rendering it useless unless you want to skip a trip to the gym, but the hose is stiff and retains the tight radius and invites tangles so I don't intend to use the reel either, just loosely coil and hang over the handle. It sprays well enough for my needs - I deliberately didn't want a super high pressure washer than could damage the wood grain in the deck and I also didn't want the hassle of the noise and keeping a gas powered washer running. I haven't tried it with the on board cleaning containers yet. Overpriced for the quality. Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings based on a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. Well I do like the nozzle, however the pressure is very very weak. The nozzle loosens every time I change to a different setting. It's pretty much impossible to wrap the power cord and the hose up to the pressure washer say for storage. I regret that I bought this item, I could not recommend it to anyone. I told them to go shove it, found the T-20 extra long bit to get the unit apart, and found a ruptured hose and gasket internally. The problem is that it is one piece and impossible to find a replacement. My pressure washer is going straight in the trash after 2 uses. Amazon Customer 1.0 out of 5 stars It failed in less than a year after very light service. The problem is with plastic fitting on an internal high pressure hose. They claim to not have a full parts list, but the interesting thing is that they do not recommend repairing this unit. Their answer is to junk it, and would not even suggest where it could be repaired. I also tried a shop which manufactures high pressure hoses and fittings. They would not attempt a repair, since the fitting in question is a unique design, and they didn't have a similar part in steel or aluminum.
