Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings based on a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The model takes into account factors including the age of a rating, whether the ratings are from verified purchasers, and factors that establish reviewer trustworthiness. I have been an avid workout dude for 36 years. When I turned 35 I decided to go a different route and bought a Bowflex Power Pro XTLU model. I had all the rods and accessories, even the squat station. The machine build was just o.k. The workouts were great, and I got stronger and cut, but for some reason I wanted to get bigger again. I dumped the bowflex and went back to dumbells etc., got ripped and then started to realize I had to spend a lot of time maintaining the mass. https://www.cuisinermanger.fr/proshop/images/bransonic-3510-manual.xml

One day when working out I almost tore my rotator cuff, Realizing at 52, married for 20 years, and not have anything to prove to anyone, I sold that equipment and bought the Bowflex Blaze. Wow, what 20 years can do to perfect a product. This thing is a tank. High quality and way more bang for your buck than the extreme se 2. Blows away my Power Pro XTLU by a long shot. It is a marketing ploy. In addition, the no pulley weight change system on the extreme se 2 is ok, but having to hook a couple cables up is no big deal to me, and now that they are integrated in the Blaze it is much easier. The Power Pro XTLU was exhausting. The Blaze is the better deal. I almost bought the extreme se 2 and I am glad I did not ( of course the wife helped with that decision.haha) Look, if you want to stay in shape, build some muscle and tone the body this gym can do it. I know some might say I sold out, but at the end of the day it's not how much you can lift but how ya look. You will not be disappointed. Delivery was excellent and I paid Amazon to build it. Would do it all over again. Bomb! Works so much better than the Power Pro XTLU ever did. Sturdy and does not make a peep. Exercises create a great stretch. Love it. So glad we bought the Blaze. I bought the upgraded power rods specifically through Bowflex due to the low ratings and horror stories from the folks that bought them from Amazon. Sorry Amazon, just have to be real. Update: Its been over 3 weeks. I am having great gains. If you exercise as it says to at bowflex with breathing, reps, etc.I have added the ez curl bar, tricep rope, and abdominal pad. Every workout I have done has had me sore the next day. This is not a beginner or intermediate machine. It is a machine for advanced to beginner. The exercises it shows are just the basics. There is a lot you can do with the lower pulleys. http://www.drupalitalia.org/node/73394

If you look at the exercises on the Bowflex Ultimate and Ultimate 2 you can see some more exercises that one can do such as barbell military press, reverse pull downs, reverse tricep push downs, deadlifts, stiff legged dead lifts, barbell curls (use squat straps or chain with ez curl bar) etc. I truly have not regretted my purchase. It is so nice to have a great workout with all the safety so I can reach my goals without injury. Reviewed in the United States on December 29, 2018 Not worth buying. After reading reviews for this machine, I thought it would be a good, inexpensive alternative to a weight machine but imediately after getting it all put together I found out otherwise. This is a resistance machine, it tells you that. But when it says 50lbs (which is the highest it can go) it really means more like 25. This is NOT a muscle building machine by any means. Very disappointed I spent so much for so little. Overall I think it's a decent machine if you are looking for light rehab training. The majority of the resistance bars are useless for me. Seat is a little wobbly (I'm 200lbs). Otherwise, steer clear. You can get better results from a workout video and your own body weight workouts. Please try again later. Jamie 5.0 out of 5 stars I admit, I was a little nervous that the task might get out of hand, but it ended up being pretty easy. It took about three hours, by myself, and that includes unpacking everything and getting it organized. Nothing was too difficult to handle alone. Great experience! Please try again later. Please try again later. Michael 1.0 out of 5 stars It finally stopped working. Bowflex sent me a new CPU and it still will not turn on. The unit, itself, is decent. The cables keep slipping, which disrupts resistance, but it performs its job adequately. I am getting the run around from customer service and am thoroughly disappointed in Bowflex and Nautilus. Please try again later. Please try again later. 0 out of 5 stars It requires about 6'x6' of floor space, including the space required for bow flexation. The exercises are versatile and exist for any muscle group. I was a free-weight body builder when I was in my 20's, and now in my 50's, this gym offers similar capabilities, but also accommodates other workout styles like circuit training. Overall, I really like it. The only negative so far is the slightly limited range of motion with some exercises, but I'm finding workarounds. As an example, I'd recommend that you buy a six extra carabiners for arm exercises to get you that extra few inches at the end of a standing movement like bicep curls. At 6' tall, I'm finding the cable stops too soon, and the added length corrects it. The included weight unit is going to be enough for most people. I'm a little stronger, so I'm getting the 310-unit upgrade. This gym doesn't allow for the 410-unit upgrade, but shouldn't matter for most people. This home gym is even a great supplement for a gym membership. Please try again later. Please try again later. Amazon Customer 5.0 out of 5 stars My rating is based on 2-3 hours of relatively easy assembly (have a ruler handy as some of the hardware is hard to differentiate), an understanding of what I want out of a home gym, and my experience during my first trial run. I'm a fat, 42-year-old former college offensive lineman with a hot wife, three kids, a full time job, and no time to head out to a gym. Already have a treadmill and single pair of adjustable 25lb dumbbells, but the treadmill gets monotonous and the dumbbells, while effective, can get pricey with heavier weights needed - not to mention the hassle of constantly adjusting the weights. I wanted more variety, a good path to healthy weight loss, and hope to improve both strength and conditioning. Gotta look better for the hot wife and want to be healthy and around for the kids and myself. http://makaeximworld.com/wp-content/plugins/formcraft/file-upload/server/content/files/1627500970c263---brother-m-4318-service-manual.pdf

I read tons of reviews and settled on the PR3000 as the best possible bang for the buck - I believe I will be extraordinarily satisfied. So, I finished assembly last night and gave it a go today. The PR3000 doesn't require cable changes, which I imagine would be a royal pain, and seems to me to be a major selling point. Handgrip changes, seat adjustments and removal, power rod adjustments, and leg extension adapter removal also super easy. I found the cables to be a tad short at times, but a slight form or seat adjustment fixed it straightaway. Aside from avoiding cable changes, perhaps my favorite element of the Bowflex system in general (this is my first Bowflex) is the constant tension of the power rods. The inertia generated with free weights is removed from the equation, whereas back in college, I was able to bench press 425lbs in large part because of the initial power press off of my chest. This system makes you work through the entire range of motion and I found that slower movements really focused on the muscle groups I hoped to train. So far, so great and I'm really excited to make use of some of the workouts contained in the Owner's Manual. I'll modify this review should I encounter problems in the future. Please try again later. Please try again later. Amazon Customer 5.0 out of 5 stars Knowing how a Bowflex works, we opted for this model. It's all about very slow, repetitive sets and our results are fantastic - strong, lean and toned. That being said, we took 2 of the 50lb bows from our older machine and did manipulate this one to add more weight for my husband (he is a football tank). He is not doing this for bulking purposes - he uses the machine as intended - he is just very, very strong and would need to do so many sets it's crazy. So keep that in mind when you are deciding on models. If you are moderately strong and follow the proper instructions, you will love the results of this machine. BAHETH24CARS.COM/ckfinder/userfiles/files/compaq-dc7700-manual.pdf

If you are very strong, you will need the add-ons to get the results you are looking for. Me (5'6', 135lbs), I don't even use the 50lb bows, so it's more than enough for me. I can't stress enough - slow (really slow), repetitive sets! Please try again later. Please try again later. God is a refuge for us (Psalms 62:8) 5.0 out of 5 stars I paid 724 bucks, and then 2 days after I ordered, the price went down to 650, but Amazon refused to make it right. The delivery people were great: Emailed me in advance. Texted me in advance. Called me in advance. Great communication. The box was badly beat-up, which wasn't the fault of the guys how delivered it. It must have happened between here and China.who knows where. Anyway, both they and I took photos and videos of the box. The next day, I unpackaged the box and carried stuff to my bedroom for setup. Only 2 parts were damaged: The squat platform was bent about 0.5 inch where the bolt was to be inserted; it was a thick piece of steel, but I was able to use a thick screwdriver to bend the part back. One of the black seats had a 0.5 inch tear in it; to fix it, I applied some black electrical tape. The assembly went well. The instructions are good.you just need to read 2x to make sure you do it right.and double-check the diagrams before securing each piece. I did the assembly in 2 days between other household chores. The unit is built solid. It's a quality piece of equipment. I had also purchased the 310 rods and the 410 rods. I've been working out with the Blaze for a week now, and love it. So nice to work out at home, and not at the gym. Hated the crowds at the gym, people hogging the machines, people from halfway across the room coming over to me as I started to use a machine saying they were still using it, the sweaty smell of people, and the illness that gets passed around. I don't miss any of it. In the past, I used mostly nautilus equipment at gyms, and had some free weights at home that I didn't use much. {-Variable.fc_1_url-

I saved my old gym workout, and was able to replicate all 14 of my exercises on the Blaze. And it feels great! Looking forward to getting toned, and staying that way. I did have to contact customer service for a few items, and they were easy to get ahold of, and were polite and knowledgeable. Attached is a screenshot from my manual, where they talk about the rods degrading over time. I had read that in some of the reviews. And it is part of the reason why I purchased the 310 and 410 rod upgrades. In the unlikely event that all the rods wear-down so much that 410 isn't enough, then at that time, I will simply replace the rods (if they haven't snapped by then). And I'm fine with that. Very pleased with my purchase, and believe it will provide many years of exercise. I use it twice a week.sometimes more. Please try again later. Please try again later. Benjamin Brink 5.0 out of 5 stars I purchased this machine a couple of months ago. When I first got it, I hated it. You can't workout with it as though it's a bench and freeweights. I ended up changing my routines up, and started loving it. I rarely do sets of less than 21 reps now. I also don't track the amount of weight that I'm doing, since there's no real correlation between the numbers on the bows and pounds. I also slowed by reps down, and concentrate the force. It feels more like calisthenics than weight lifting. Anyhow, I've been losing weight and toning up again, seeing results that I never realized while lifting conventional weights etc. I definitely recommend this product. Please try again later. Please try again later. Amazon Customer 1.0 out of 5 stars I really do enjoy the work out I get but not even 2 months into owning it from brand new the 50Lb. Rod on one side is getting extremely weak compared to the other 50Lb. I use equally as much. This could get very expensive. Please try again later. Please try again later. Andrew 1.0 out of 5 stars Good news is it's easy to assemble, and then disassemble to return. unipell.com.br/wp-content/plugins/formcraft/file-upload/server/content/files/1627500c1204c4---brother-m-1818-manual.pdf

Because it uses bows instead of weights I can single-highhandedly move this machine around my weight room. Assembly wasn't too bad. The rubber casing on two of the bows were damaged in the shipping. I'm not sure how this will affect the integrity of the bows but I need to reach out to the company and get them replaced. It took about 2-3 hours over a couple days. There are, of course, some trade-offs to be made. What you gain in workout flexibility you lose in set up time. Also depending on your height you may have to use the cable extenders so that your range of movement matches the instruction manual's There are also some exercises where you have to deal with the bar or grips touching up against your body while in motion. This will cause you to have get a little out of position from the correct posture or stance. All-in-all, the positives far outweigh the negatives. Please try again later. Please try again later. The Airdyne has no resistance parts, and gets all its resistance from air. These bikes have been around since the late 70's and since that time replacement parts have remained basically the same. They still use wedge pins in the crank arms, and a two crank system with a left and right eccentric arm. The grips have remained the same as well as the connecting arms, pivot bolts and lever arms. We carry all the airdyne parts you will need to maintain and fix your Schwinn model AD-2, and AD-6 Airdyne Exerciser. Since 2014 They have come out with several newer models, the AD-6, the Airdyne 2 and AD Pro all of which we carry parts for. We not only carry repair items for exercisers but we know how to fix them and have available the nuts, lockwashers and oilite bearings, and chains you will need when you repair your equipment. The power rods technology allows it to be compact and lightweight. Additionally, it allows you to finish your workout under 20 minutes. It is a great machine if general fitness is your goal. However, if you are a power lifter and want to go for advanced workouts like flat benches, this isn’t the right choice. This is a unique feature of this machine and makes it stand out in front of other Home Gyms. Using this feature is pretty easy. Just like changing the position of the pins in a conventional gym machine, you can change the number of power rods according to your weight capacity in Bowflex PR3000. The advantage of the power rods is that it saves you from the joint pain that comes with lifting free weights. These grips enable the user to transition between two consecutive sets very easily without wasting any time. This means that users with a weight up to 300 lbs (136 kg) can enjoy the benefits of this machine. This weight is fairly high and can accommodate maximum moderate level weight groups. You can also perform leg curls and leg extensions with the help of the upholstered roller cushions. It also features a triple function ankle cuff and hand grips to provide maximum comfort. This is why Bowflex also provides a user manual that includes detailed workout routines that can be followed using the Bowflex PR3000. It takes into consideration different workout goals, fitness levels, and time commitments. This guide is really helpful to choose a workout that best suits your goals. This manual is like a journey, where your workouts evolve as you progress in your fitness game. Use the guide to design your workout duration, number of sets and reps, and weekly schedule to reach the fitness level you always wanted to. As there are no moving plates or bars, only a bunch of rods that stretch, you can begin your workout even when everyone else is asleep in the same room without waking them up. A smooth motion curve helps you attain a great form as you do not deviate from the plane of movement and gain maximum efficiency out of the exercise. For instance, the manual shows you how to use different grips like the standard handgrip, handcuff grip, ankle cuff grip, foot grip, shoulder grip, etc. This information is really essential to gain maximum results out of your workout time. This is the major reason why the design is extremely lightweight. All you need to do is select the resistance levels that represent the weight equivalents of their gym machine counterparts. The lightweight design helps you store and transport this home gym very conveniently. The step-by-step procedure of putting together this equipment is presented in an extremely comprehensive way in the Assembly Manual. The printed version of this manual comes along with the Bowflex PR3000 and you can use it put together the entire equipment just within 2 hours. Due to this, the amount of work the machine can do on your muscles changes with time. Although this isn’t a very common problem, there are guidelines to prevent the rods from getting weaker. The expansion and contraction of the metal affect its durability. This method can be difficult to achieve as controlling the temperature of a room throughout the year can be tricky. This can be easily expanded to 310 lbs by buying additional accessories when you hit the maximum level or get habituated to the 210 lbs level. For the lower body exercises like squats and leg extensions, this machine is very much superior to its counterparts. However, when it comes to flat exercises like flat bench, you cannot perform them using this machine. With the advantage of switching between two workouts very easily and quickly, this is one disadvantage that comes as a trade-off. If you are not targeting the advanced exercises that involve lying down, like most home gym buyers, then this shouldn’t make much difference to you. The key advantage of the PR3000 is its lightweight design and the ability to transit between exercises without changing any settings. The machine allows a smooth motion. You can perform 50 different exercises which can be designed into a great routine using the manual. Also, you will have to take proper precaution in order to preserve the resistance of the rods.
